Monica Morales

Monica began her real estate career immediately after college, but you could say she's been involved in the process since she was a child. As the daughter of a California Realtor she developed a passion for the business years before she became a licensed agent. At the young age of 10, Monica spent her weekends "working" with her father. She handed out flyers and greeted people at the door while her father hosted open houses. A few short years ago the Morales family relocated to Middle Tennessee and Monica began her real estate classes and became licensed in April 2016. She specializes working with first time homebuyers and investors and enjoys working closely with her father, as he is also a licensed contractor in both California and Tennessee. Together they have been working in Murfreesboro revitalizing houses one by one. Monica is described by her peers as a very loyal, friendly, motivated, young agent eager to help her clients with their specific needs. On top of these qualities, Monica sets herself apart from other agents as she is Bilingual speaking English and Spanish.
